Returns & Refunds Policy
At SheKeli Resin, we take pride in creating and delivering quality handmade products. Because many of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
- We may request photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Returnable / Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products (including personalised items).
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care.
- Sale or clearance items.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you need to request an exchange, please email us with your order number and details.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal, card, Afterpay, etc.).
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
