Our alcohol inks are manufactured to our specifications and quality checked before dispatch.
Because alcohol inks are a creative medium, results may vary depending on the surface, techniques and other products used.
Product Safety
Our alcohol inks are intended for art and craft use only.
Customers are responsible for following all safety instructions provided on the product labels.
Always use alcohol inks in a well-ventilated area, away from heat, sparks and open flames, and out of reach of children and pets.
SheKeli Resin accepts no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, we'll begin preparing it as quickly as possible.
If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to help, we can't guarantee changes can be made once your order has been processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible using our chosen postal or courier services.
Once your parcel has been lodged with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If any issues arise, we'll always do our best to assist.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other fees charged by their country.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers including Stripe, PayPal and Afterpay.
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
