Orders are shipped from Western Australia using Australia Post.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
We offer both Standard and Express Post where available.
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
If there is ever a delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and include photos where possible.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery is outside our control. If there is a problem with your delivery, we'll happily help you work with Australia Post to locate your parcel.
