🚚 Shipping Information
Local Shipping (Australia)
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Standard and Express options are available at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected international destinations using Australia Post International Services.
- Costs are displayed at checkout. Please note, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
Processing Times
- All items are carefully made/packed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
- Made-to-order products may take longer (please check product descriptions for turnaround times).
Delivery Times (Estimated)
- Australia (Standard): 3–7 business days
- Australia (Express): 1–3 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (depending on destination)
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it.
- Lost packages: Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays or loss. However, we’ll always help where possible to track your parcel.

Payment Requirements
